We're a small team and read every message. For the quickest response, email hello@bitneuro.ai with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened (a screenshot helps). General and business enquiries go to the same address. We aim to reply within two business days.

02 Getting started

BitNeuro is an iPhone app. After installing it:

• Sign in with Apple. BitNeuro uses Sign in with Apple only — there's no separate password to remember, and we never see your Apple ID credentials.
• Accept the risk disclosure. Before you reach the main app you'll be asked to acknowledge that BitNeuro is a research tool, not financial advice, and that all trading is simulated. This is required.
• Personalise (optional). A short onboarding lets you pick favourite assets, your default timeframe, and notification preferences. You can change all of these later in Profile → Personalise.

03 What BitNeuro is (and isn't)

BitNeuro is a crypto market-intelligence and research dashboard. It shows live prices, mechanical technical-analysis signals with an explainable score breakdown, market-sentiment and regime context, news, and a paper-trading sandbox.

• Explainable, not a crystal ball. Every signal comes with a plain-language rationale, a transparent score breakdown, an invalidation level, and a risk/reward estimate. The AI is used to explain signals and summarise context — it does not predict prices.
• Paper trading only. "Strategies", "trades" and "performance" are simulations run on market data. BitNeuro never executes real-money trades, never connects to your exchange accounts, never asks for exchange API keys, and never takes custody of funds.
• Not financial advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation or solicitation. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. See the Risk Disclosure.

04 Signals & scoring

Signals are generated mechanically from technical indicators across multiple timeframes, combined into a 0–100 score. A signal is only published when it clears a quality threshold, so you'll see fewer, higher-conviction setups rather than constant noise.

• The score breakdown shows the components that contributed (technical, momentum, volatility, market regime, and sentiment context), plus the entry, invalidation level, and take-profit targets.
• Free vs paid. Free users see signals on a delay and with some fields summarised; Starter unlocks real-time 1-hour signals and AI explanations; Pro adds multiple timeframes, the take-profit ladder, derivatives context, advanced sentiment, the full performance dashboard, and custom price alerts.
• Past performance shown in the app is historical and hypothetical. It does not guarantee future results.

05 Subscriptions & billing

BitNeuro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, purchased and managed entirely through Apple In-App Purchase. We never see or store your payment-card details — Apple processes all payments.

• Plans. Starter is US$9.99/month or US$89.99/year. Pro is US$19.99/month or US$179.99/year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trial. Paid plans may include a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel any time on your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BitNeuro, or open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

06 Restoring purchases

If you've subscribed but don't see your plan — for example after reinstalling the app or switching devices — open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Entitlements sync from Apple, so it can take a moment to refresh. If it still doesn't unlock, email hello@bitneuro.ai.

07 Managing & deleting your account

You can manage your preferences in Profile → Personalise and sign out from Profile.

Deleting your account. To permanently delete your BitNeuro account and associated data, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account from our backend. An active subscription is separate — cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings (see above), as deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing.

08 Notifications & alerts

BitNeuro can send push notifications for new signals, signal updates, and market alerts. Manage what you receive in Profile → Notifications. If you're not getting notifications, check that they're enabled for BitNeuro in iOS Settings → Notifications → BitNeuro.

Custom price alerts (a Pro feature) let you set a one-time price threshold on an asset; you'll get a push when it's reached. Create one from an asset's detail screen, and view or remove your alerts under Profile → Price alerts.

09 Privacy & data

We collect the minimum needed to run the app and don't track you across other companies' apps or websites. Sign in with Apple means we never handle your password, and Apple processes all payments. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. Questions about your data? Email hello@bitneuro.ai.

10 Troubleshooting

• Data won't load / screens are stuck. Pull to refresh, check your internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If it persists, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.
• Can't sign in. Confirm you're signed in to iCloud / Sign in with Apple on the device, then try again. Toggling airplane mode off/on can clear a stuck network state.
• Bought a plan but Pro/Starter isn't unlocked. See Restoring purchases above.
• A price or signal looks wrong. Market data comes from third-party providers and can briefly lag or gap. If something looks clearly off, send us a screenshot at hello@bitneuro.ai.
