Terms of Use

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you. We may restrict availability of the Service, or particular features, in certain regions.

02 Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on an Apple-branded device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

03 Research tool — not financial advice

The Service provides market data, mechanical technical-analysis signals, sentiment and market-regime context, news, and educational tools. Nothing in the Service is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship arises from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your decisions. 04 No real-money trading; paper trading only

All "strategies", "trades", and "performance" features are simulations run on market data. The Service does not execute real-money trades, does not connect to your exchange accounts, does not request exchange API keys, and never takes custody of any funds or assets. Simulated results are hypothetical and are not a promise or prediction of real-world outcomes.

05 Your account

You access the App using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@bitneuro.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

06 Subscriptions, trials and payments

BitNeuro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Starter" and "Pro"), purchased and managed through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Plans & pricing. Starter is US$9.99/month or US$89.99/year; Pro is US$19.99/month or US$179.99/year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
• Free trial. Paid plans may include a 3-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage & cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. All payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment-card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) scrape, harvest, or resell data from the Service; or (e) use the Service to provide financial advice to others or hold yourself out as authorised to do so on our behalf.

08 Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, scoring methodology, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to M&M Ventures Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or content except the limited licence in Section 02.

09 Third-party data and services

The Service incorporates data and services from third parties (including Binance, CoinGecko, Alternative.me, CryptoCompare, Anthropic, and Apple). We do not control these third parties and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of their data or services. BitNeuro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

10 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data, signal, or output will be accurate or reliable.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&M Ventures Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any decision made in reliance on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M&M Ventures Ltd from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 08–12) will survive.

14 Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified in the App or on the Website where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15 Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and M&M Ventures Ltd only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
